Terms and Conditions for Windermere Centre Competition

1. Competition Dates:

   • The competition runs from 15 October 2024 to 30 November 2024.
   • Winners will be during the competition period with the last winner being announced before 6 December 2024.

2. Eligibility:

   • The competition is open to the public. Anyone who shops at Windermere Centre is eligible to enter.
   • Employees of any store within Windermere Centre and individuals employed by the Centre are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry Requirements:

   • To enter, participants must spend a minimum of R150 at any store within Windermere Centre between 15 October 2024 and 30 November 2024.
   • Entries must be submitted during the competition period.
   • Participants can enter by either:
     • Writing their name, contact number, and email address on the back of their valid till slip from a store in Windermere Centre and dropping it into one of the designated entry boxes located around the Centre.
     • Scanning the QR code provided and completing the online entry form.

4. Validity of Entry:

   • Entries with incomplete or inaccurate information will be disqualified.
   • Participants must provide accurate and valid contact information for notification purposes.

5. Winner Selection:

   • Winners will be selected through a random draw conducted by Windermere Centre or its designated representatives.
   • One winner will be randomly selected each week during the competition period.
   • Winners will be contacted via the contact information provided.
   • If a winner does not meet the eligibility criteria upon verification, another winner will be randomly selected.

6. Prize:

   • The prize consists of six (6) R3000 Windermere Centre shopping vouchers.
   • Winners will be required to sign terms and conditions before receiving their voucher.
   • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.

7. Publicity:

   • By entering the competition, participants grant Windermere Centre the right to use their name and image for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

8. General Terms:

   • Windermere Centre reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
   • Windermere Centre’s decision on all matters related to the competition is final and binding.
   • Windermere Centre is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries.

9. Privacy

   • By entering this competition, participants agree to receive marketing promotions and communications from Windermere Centre.

10. Free Gifts:

    • Free gifts will be handed out to some shoppers on each Saturday during the competition period.
    • To be eligible for a free gift, shoppers must enter the competition in front of the promoter and provide proof of their entry.
    • Each shopper is limited to one (1) gift per Saturday, regardless of the number of entries made on that day (whether they enter 1 or 10 times, they will only receive 1 gift).
    • Gifts are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and only while stocks last.

By participating in the competition, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Windermere Centre reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
